Cons: Although how amazing this piece is and the fact I can't stop looking at it, there are a couple of issues. Going away from her face, the exposing skin on her shoulders, neck, and chest look... unnatural. Almost fake looking (which I don't think you were going for). The shading around that area I feel looks inconsistent with how you did the shading with the face. For example, the shadows look more sharp on the face than from the neck down. I don't know if you were trying to blur it to have the dragon have some importance but the transition feels awkward. The part of the blue dress has that same feeling. It's a great transition to go to the watermark, but from the top I feel the same way with the skin. I don't know but I feel there are some significant shadows missing. With the light source you used I feel the mask should be giving off some sort of shadow upon the woman? I just feels it's missing something.
Suggestions: Honestly, very minor and you don't have to consider these if you don't want to. I think you should intensify the shading of the skin to make it look a little bolder. If you still want to go with that sudden blurry transition from top to bottom try making it a little more clear and maybe not start that transition until you reach the rim of the dress. And if you want, add the shadow of the mask and the dragon upon the woman. Like I said, there seems to be something of a strong light source when looking at the dragon. It doesn't have to be too dark but just so it's not like it's just floating there in that some sort of other dimension or something.
Final thoughts: This piece is absolutely wonderful. I honestly feel that some of the suggestions I mentioned may or may not be used because it's pretty much the artist's direction of where you want to go with it. I'll admit I was a tad nervous of writing the cons and and suggestions because I felt it was sort of biased and maybe even useless to you. If you feel that way I apologize. It's great as it is but I personally feel slight changes can make it better. I can't express enough this is a great art piece. Keep up the great work!
